how can one calculate the max mash score?

number of arrows * all averages
no perfects no goods
number of boos = hmm...amount of boos that kill your life bar from a full life bar * numbers of arrows in the file?...neh but its more complex then that

dont know how the life bar works

if the life bar is100 when full how much a boo decreases
and how much a perfect adds .. and a good

You start with 11 or 12 notches (?) in the life bar. every time you get a good or perfect, you gain a notch. when you get an average, you don't get anything.

So, if you don't get any averages, the max no. of boos is the number of arrows in the song + 11 or 12, + however many you can get mashing at the end.

The more averages you get, the less boos you can get.

you start off with 10 notches

if you get a perfect you gain a notch

a good makes no difference

an averages takes away a notch

a boo takes away a notch

a miss takes away 2

and the number of boos you can get (assuming you quad mash the end and not quad hold it) is 9 boos +arrows in song + 21-23 depending if the last arrow is a jump

Perfect = add one
Good = add one
average = nothing
boo = take away one
miss = take away two. or one i forget.

Average: +0/-0/No Change
Boo: -1
Miss: -1

The ideal mash max score: Boo out until death, build back up with Goods, Hit Averages + Extra Boos until death, rebuild with Goods, etc.
