although it lacks some rhythm accuracy, especially felt like 24th bursts are out of place. feel free to post it, I'm testing files here quite randomly though. |

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
you don't need to bump this but ok
Ureshi Naki - Gap late (like 50ms), YNS - Notes follow primary sounds like vocal, synth-hit well. - This is kinda simple, maybe you should follow drums more to make more interesting keyboard file (also pattern choice). |

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
I just posted 3 files. I just finished them a little while ago, and it took 4 days to get a comfortable fit for the sync and steps to flow with the music on my part. Tell me if it's good, because I feel I am learning more and more I put stuff up ^^
P.S: I wouldn't have made new topics if I had seen this thread... I am blind as hell xD |

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
I recently made a stepfile on Pump me Amadeus and wanted some constructive comments.
Here's the link - http://www.mediafire.com/?dlwor49dnojdwj2 It should be sync'd already, it came in a stepmania pack somewhere and I just made my own file for it. I hope it's at least mildly enjoyable. |

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
This was a -kinda- bump but it's still a great idea.

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
You can't bump a sticky.
Go Go Gadget judge my file: http://www.mediafire.com/?zeao55ctdw49y8p EDIT: @SaxRunner: I actually really enjoyed that file. You picked a good song to step. Everything seemed onbeat, had good PR. Two thumbs up!

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
I got a 53% sight-reading it - It's a little above my level
I liked the file though, it was ordered well and had those jumps in good places within the stream. It made me go 'Oh ****' at the end lol - background flashing and everything |

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
It's harder to pass songs on Open ITG (or stepmania equivalent) I live the % grading scale in the program and the fact that it lacks the ability to adjust the timing window (so you know the scores are legit)
Mashing doesn't really work there =) |

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
Quick, practically minute-long file just made for the hell of it.
http://www.mediafire.com/?lskt33ldtsc53gr You may not have heard of the artist. X3 But yeah, working on selective jump layering and 32nd flow. |

Re: "Play/Test/Judge my simfile" thread
Checkin' it out.
EDIT: song is great, I have that game on my comp right now haha EDIT2: File is super fun, I would recommend using a version of the song that fades out instead of the abrupt stop you currently have. Other than that, no real issues with the file. Totally different file than what I would step it as. Last edited by AsphyxZero; 01-14-2011 at 11:26 PM.. |
