Why would we vigi someone we have no read whatsoever on?

Why would we press for a vigi at all?

That's a serious question. I don't want answers from V or freaky.

Shhh, I want to hear from the other 5 players viewing the thread. There's a very good case for one side of the argument, and a very easily abused case for the other.

This is not you man. Albeit if you were a green then you wouldn't be like this, regardless on how the game goes by. And I truly feel like you are using a last resort in case if things weren't going to go your way. Why would we want to vigi TPS? I understand the reasoning behind lynching Zoshi but until I know why do you want to have the vigi (1-shot or not, not sure if we have either of them or both of them since none of them came forward at this point).

Zoshi

Freaky is not a wolf, and I'm dissapointed by everyone who is seriously voting for him.

Do you remember this post?

I don't just ask questions I know the answer to for no reason, I wanted responses, particularly from freaky. He responded:

Freaky knew cardflipping was on, so it makes no sense for him to defend another wolf in the thread. It makes even less sense for him to do it as a wolf while Kraut's life was uncertain. If that wolf dies, Freaky is automatically tied to him and he is likely to be lynched the next day.

In that situation a wolf wouldn't go into the public eye and make a stink about it, A wolf would wait to see the verdict, or be pissed at Kraut for not reading the rules.

Also, I'm sorry V, I couldn't let your datamining on who would vote for freaky with terrible/no logic attached continue. It was starting to escalate, and I feel pretty confident Freaky is a human.

Zoshi could be too, his behavior has been heavily influenced by being on the chopping block for 4 or 5 days. Desperation when being lynched is not a strictly wolf trait.

My vote is staying where it is. I still don't see the logic behind wanting to vigi someone like TPS. He's virtually never even said anything to warrant the use of a vigi on him. It's a shot in the dark at best.

If you can give a reasonable explanation as to why blowing a vigi on an unknown is viable, by all means but that just didn't make sense to me.

Having a second voting pool that controls who the vigi kills is like having two lynches a phase. Even if there is a SK, if he wants to play along and pretend to be a vigi, he has to kill who the majority of the people vote to kill. Voting to vigi someone is no different than voting to lynch someone in the next day phase. This way, the majority has more control over who the vigi decides to kill rather than have one person decide on who to kill.

This being said, if I voted TPS, you would not have called me out on it, but if I vote to vigi TPS, you call me out on it. Why would you not want to control who the vigi kills via majority and let the vigi do as he pleases. Having an extra kill can do us harm, or it can do us good. Being able to control it helps us in every possible way.

Also, if we as a majority vote to kill the vigi himself, at this point if he is the real vigi/SK, he would just target the next suspicious player/random player. After doing so, we are forced to lynch that person, and the wolves are forced to wolf that person. But this must happen, and wolves know this too, so they will let us lynch him. At that point in the game, we no longer need a "2-vote" pool anymore, so we can happily kill off the vigi/SK knowing that it is just as likely he was the SK.

Further, we don't even know if we HAVE a vigi.

I'm aware of this. I am also more sure that we don't have a SK since no one was killed night 1. We can verify this further with a second voting pool of who we want the vigi to ideally target. This way, the SK must also target that person to pretend to be a vigi.
