Update on my two Maybe/Pending judgments.

Tocatta Op.11 (Bluearrowll) - Rejected.
Compared to Impromptu, this file isn't that good. The sync is messy and there are those minor errors that I pointed out earlier. Also not to mention you're already taking up way too much pack space with dumpfiles, lmfao.

NaiNai69 (Samurai7694) - Rejected.
Song has been stepped enough times. I just simply didn't like any part about this file which is why I'm reluctant to pass this.
