Challenge 25

As you all may know there are 12 different tiers/rarity's.

Tier 1: Pass 8 different songs with different tiers.
Tier 2: Pass 10 different songs with different tiers.
Tier 3: Pass 12 different songs with different tiers.

Example. Passing a 0, 1, 11, 21, 31, etc.

also gimme a little bit on stuff as i'm feeling a bit off today.
