nija: there's no way talisman would have been wolfed if he were a wolf.

Re: Twg Xxxix: Caps Filter'd
You idiots don't seem to understand. Kilga wouldn't be stupid enough to kill talisman if talisman thought he was a human. Especially with someone with such an influence as talisman, you would keep him alive in hopes he would have your back in trying to convince other people you're a human. That's what I did with Afro when I was a wolf a few games ago. He was completely off on everything and he thought I was human, so I told Wilkin we were definitely keeping him alive because he was leading people on the wrong track. It would make no sense for Kilga to kill talisman. Talisman could have also been a lead into a possible alliance if talisman trusted Kilga. DBP, you're an idiot.

Re: Twg Xxxix: Caps Filter'd
I have to agree with Eva here...on some level.
FFR killing Talis WOULD be a dumb Idea IMO, however... I think everyone has gotten used to how Talis is and respects him in this game. Not that he doesn't deserve it; he's a great player and a huge asset no matter which side he is on. However, I think too many people nowadays are using his popularity as an excuse to overlook new things he may or may not be trying. Not that this turn of events seem like something he would do (at least to me it doesn't) but that doesn't mean that he's going to sit back and play the same way he always does forever. I get the feeling that Talis could pretty much say and/or do ANYTHING in this game nowadays (TWG in general I mean) and at least SOMEONE would follow him blindly. His "popularity" if you wanna call it that, seems to be blinding people to the fact that he may actually decide to change his style of play one day; and it's going to either help his team immensely, or not work out for the best. It'll definitely surprise the hell out of everyone when it does though... So yeah, all in all, the logical move here would not be to pull some fiasco like this one, especially in a situation that already had you (and your possible partners) in the spotlight. I don't think Talis was a wolf. That also means that I don't think FFR is one either. I really don't know whether or not FFR is actually the psychic or not, but one thing's for sure, he seems like the same old (no offense dude) ...hasty, for a lack of a better word, player to me. Aside from Eric being really shady, I have nothing at this point.

Re: Twg Xxxix: Caps Filter'd
Ok, I had a seer to use when I replaced Vash, and I gut'd it on Observer. He came up wolf, hooray for us. I then talked to him, and got this:
Tps7910 (11:08:33 PM): Who else is playing that I can look towards? Tps7910 (11:08:37 PM): Online wise. xTried N Truex (11:08:39 PM):dbp twg Tps7910 (11:08:42 PM): He's away. Notice the response time is within 6 seconds. At the time, DBP was away. Now, it could just be he was the first one he saw or thought of, but I'd just like to point that out for it deserving to be out there. I talked with DBP, and I'm unsure of his humanity based on his helpfulness in general. Now, dealing with FFR. I can not see a situation in which any wolf would be allowed to fake pyschic in such a manner to try and gain information from the seer, or steal a guard away. Both ideas are absurd, and I'm just going to take the simplest reason and say it was a mistake on FFR's part. Ironically, that being said, I've talked with the guardian, and each night we are going to coin flip to decide who's going to be guarded. I realize that the pyschic's position of power is much lower than mine, but this way, I can't see the wolves attacking either one of us. After Observer is lynched today, there will only be 2 of them left, which means that if they choose wrong and we are guarded, than they lose a day(if my math is right, correct me if I'm wrong) which this early in the game, I can't see them attempting. While they are in a desperate looking situation, they still have a very good shot at winning with both of us alive, mainly because of the MW threat out there, I can't really build an alliance, and with my new induction into the game, I'm really quite unfamiliar with everyone's "on the spot" attitudes thus far. Therefore, proving it very difficult to form an alliance. Observer. Also, I'd like everyone to send me a PM with there top 3 suspicions and top 2 Most Likely Humans. It'd be best if everyone did it, it doesn't take much time. This will greatly aid us in more ways than one. If everyone could somehow get it before tonight ended, that'd be great. Contacting me over AIM with it is fine as well(Tps7910). IM me with any questions, I'm on all night, and will be re-reading the early game. |

Apparently I missed the part where Tps comes in for Vash. Thank god though, glad we're finally getting something done. I'm trying to read often even if I don't get a chance to post.

Re: Twg Xxxix: Caps Filter'd
I guess I was at least half right when I said he was more suspicious than not last night >_<
Also, it's nice to come home from work and have the seer report a wolf to us Observer As far as jurs, I think the 'possible lead into an alliance' is the best argument you've presented, but talisman staying alive long enough for an alliance to be formed would just make him look like a wolf. Therefore, think stuff through before you call me an idiot, thanks. I still think it's a possibility that Kilga is a wolf, but the overwhelming 'zomg he wouldn't do that' turns me off of him a bit. @tps: I sent you my list on aim last night, do you want me to repeat the process in a pm? |

Observer I suppose.
DBP, you need to stop acting like you're really great at this game. It's starting to annoy me.
