I really don't think a large number of people will succeed at the billion-in-a-day challenge, even if it becomes the advertised Official Requirement for vrofl. Keep in mind that out of all the people who've tried so far only a handful have actually gotten that far - it takes a lot of dedication and endurance to mashmashmash for an entire day.

Also, I'd like to point out that by way of comparison, just over 150 people have vrofl unlocked right now, and up to 8 per division can get it in any given official tournament. So that's like 40 or 50 potential new unlocks. I'm confident that the number of people who win in any single official tournament will be far greater than the number of people who get 1 billion GTS in a day during any given year.

I'm not looking forward to wasting a whole god damn day whoring FFR to get this damn token, but it's been pissing me off for far too long (lol and it won't even complete my token collection now since I can't play Reality for shit hahahaha)

if you don't hate me too much OWA, I'll do it with you via skype. I know it's nearly impossible and insane, but I think I'll try it, at least for a few hours before I give up. At least before I complain about there being a new division in tournaments necessary for people like me, planB, Rushy, etc. People who are quite good but are not good enough to stand a top 10 chance with people like OWA, Halogen, Zeiger, xThai, Samurai, Dosslar, Smartdude etc. Either we're all in D5 or there is now a good division because we can't get vrofl if we're put in D6 again because these aforementioned folk are just leaps and bounds ahead of those around my skill level.

Alright, how about one day in July a whole bunch of FFRers meet in a tinychat or something along those lines, and have a mini competition to see if anyone can get vROFL. I think it's a pretty good idea now that getting it is somewhat possible.

Finding multiple people who can do it on the same day will be a big challenge.

I remember him mentioning this during video chat when someone asked him about it. Then again, he was semi drunk (or maybe was drunk?) so he probably did not meant what he said. I swear he said it though.

EDIT: I also remember a thread about this as well but I don't remember where it is...

I remember this too, because I asked him about it. I don't think he was drunk, but I know that I was when I asked him haha.

And yes, he did say that if you ever got over 1bil points in a day to send him a message and he would award you vROFL. He might've posted it too, idk and too lazy to go searching.

Because it USED to be achievable. And was locked (no official tourneys) for a while until just recently.

It was released as an April Fools day file, anyone could play it on that day. Also, there was a day a couple months before FFR died that it was playable for everyone because of some glitch. Tasselfoot even felt the need to ban me because I made a post about it being playable on the forums. Also, it used to be played if you were challenged to it.

Tass was an asshat. I got banned for something he probably messed up any way.

had to play with no sound and very light keytaps cause someone is sleeping right next to me, so i had horrible PA... but here's evidence of "Account Glitching".

And you can clearly see on my profile I do not have Oni unlocked.

I just want to mention that when I finished 1 bil in a day my left arm was in so much pain it was almost unbearable. So be careful of muscle overuse injury because I felt like ripping my arm off.
