I'd love to see a file with a long stream that's full of non-pitch relevant spins and weird crossovers and yet is somehow good. I know I've never played one, and can't imagine how it could possibly be pulled off.

Seriously take like 0.6 seconds out of Guitar Hero to go find something yourself. On another note, this is one of the best files ever. If not THE best file ever.

I dunno what to call it, so I guess I'll call it a twill jumpstream... where you have a bunch of 86 jumps, with 42 jumps inbetween them, all in a row. Highly annoying to hit on both FFR and SM, and I felt this ruined Thermosphere's stepfile.

That's just me though.

the beginning is pitch relevant by the definition I use, and that was the only stream in the file...maybe I should say "music relevant" instead of pitch relevant, I don't know if it's actually technically pitch relevant...but yea you can have music relevant spins n stuff too and that's fine, what I mean is that you can't put them in there with no musically justified reason whatsoever, i.e. in any constant drumming/synth stream.

it's a really nice file, but I don't see how it's an exception to what I posted.

Basically, the moral of the story is, if you have no idea what you're doing, use index friendly streams becuase you're probably ****ed if you try any other way.

If you're intelligent and experienced enough to do a passable pitch relevant stream, then you're hopefully intelligent and experienced enough to know when to put a crossover.

Anyone who says it isn't a good stepfile is pretty much a ****ing idiot.

That was a bad example to use btw, hi19 lol. The Prototype had fun streams but wasn't pitch relevant at all. But, Macgravel's known for fun stuff that doesn't have to be technical... So, that's another bad example.

brb, Playing Kil's French Merchen, which none of you guys have lol.

Also, yeah most Kil files are really good except like Ghost House
