I'd like to hear from roundbox himself.

I probably should have included the context in which he stated that fact, i.e., he was stating it in response to sunfan saying it's time to start actually playing the game or whatever.

I'm assuming he responded to sunfan jokingly when he said that, but I wasn't 100% confident that that was supposed to be a joke.

I'm thinking MML may be responding to when I said "your response was said as if you were speaking on roundbox's behalf" which is a fair. I was having trouble articulating exactly what I wanted to say (since I did want input from others as well but something bugged me about your post). I guess I just wanted something a bit more substantial than just "yes, it's a joke". In hindsight though, I suppose it's a bit much to provide evidence that someone else was joking.

fwiw I didn't find that exchange awk. I kind of see where you're coming from but that early into d0 it's too hard to tell for me. I'll keep this in my notes though for later on.

If it's in regards to my posting patterns (which have been brought up so I'll address it now), it's essentially because of what sunfan said:

I had a stressful semester (first semester of grad school). But it just finished and it's been forever since I've played TWG, so I'm hoping to actually give an honest attempt at playing the game this time around. Since the semester finished, I intend to have time to properly keep up with the game instead (instead of what I usually do which is not keep up with the game and become overwhelmed with how far behind I am which has been a terrible move on my part in the past).

Well, yes, it's a fact...but a fact can be said jokingly in a certain context.

If it's not a joke...then why would he discuss the setup only to encourage others to not discuss setup. Doing that seems only like "a waste of time"

I interpreted it as both factual and joking. "thanks captain obvious" tier joke. The addition about not talking about setup appears more like a "woops I fucked up" kind of post. All we know is M or MMM anyway there's not much to discuss.

It was a little predictable to be honest: you do this every game. Of course you wanna vote me you think anyone saying you're fucking bad is a wolf.

I'm trying to remember when you actually got a wolf like this. I can't. I'm super tempted to go back and look at all your games and count how many mislynches you caused actually.

Freezin jumps to mind. Actually in that first game you guys played your vagueness and hot temper got him mislynched AND outed your blue role.

Actually now that I'm typing maybe WolfMasterLar could prod you to blue hunt like this so you might have a point......Except I know you didn't put any thought into this.

More overreacting and overexaggerating because i simply pointed out that complaining that i haven't posted enough when again, it wasn't halfway through the very first phase, is a bit scummy to me. You can't pretend that 'you're using more of your brain than me' when you don't seem to be getting that first point that i'm making.
