Each division be a different pokemon type.

D1 - Bug
D2 - Grass
D3 - Water
D4 - Fire
D5 - Fighting
D6 - Dragon

Psychic was game-breaking in RGB...so much so that they had to add new types.

Nothing will ever dominate a Pokemon game like Mewtwo did in those days, though GSC Curselax holding Leftovers did come pretty damn close.

this, i dont remember this at all

lmfao it was when people were changing their avatars to go with a theme, D6 was Power Rangers, D5 TMNT, etc, and the "favored user" who was supposed to win was the main villain who everyone was trying to "defeat" (at least for D5/D6)

Yeah, D3 had Pokemon last year.

I think the themes went something like:
D1 - Didn't have a theme
D2 - Star Wars
D3 - Pokemon
D4 - Mortal Kombat
D5 - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
D6 - Power Rangers

Just wanted to update everyone:
So far I have purchased over $XXX (not going to say how much) worth of items for the gift bags. May I remind you that Top 16 of every division will get one. First place will get the better prizes. I am only going to say that the gift bags will be mostly Pokemon themed, but there will be bits of Mario, Zelda, Metroid, (VG in general), DBZ, Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Anime etc.. theme stuff inside and something very special (I'm sure you guys will appreciate it) inside each bag.
