Since nobody has answered me on this yet plus Chris and I are still debating over it: Are magic rocks and summoning stones already in the game yet? HS.net says a blue million things drop them, but I've never seen one. Chris says he's fairly sure they're in the game already and they're just really rare, I say they aren't in the game yet because they're useless until 3rd job and rare or not I would have gotten one by now.
So, are they in the game or not? And if not, once in the game, how rare will they be? As rare as a potion being dropped? As rare as an ore? As rare as a scroll or throwing stars? I must know!

Yes, they are in the game however, they are not currently drops. The only way to obtain either a magic rock or summoning rock is to buy it from Alcaster after completing the Magic Cape quest. They cost 5k each and it is the only way to get one. As for how rare they will be when they are drops, I wouldnt expect them to be too much rarer than a common ore considering an NPC sells for 5k, so they will be worth around 3-4.5k each.

I'm gertting dced a lot lately from Scania.... I'm not sure if it is Comcast or ms, but it is really pissing me off. I want a pet soooooo badly but I'm wating until they release the item magnet for the pet too. So far, I think this is my build as a ranger.
0 Thrust 20 Mortal Blow 20 Puppet 30 Fire Arrow 30 Arrow Rain 20 Silver Hawk 30 Stafe I think Thrust is pointless, so I will not be putting any points into it. I am maxing starfe, puppet, and mortal blow first for sure just because those are the main kick ass skills. Fire arrow, arrow rain, and silver hawk are all debatable just because I'm not sure on Silver Hawk right now. It stuns, but I'm not sure if I want to waste my time with it mainly because of the MP cost. I won't know until I see some pros using it. I think Fire Arrow isn't as useful as arrow rain mainly because there aren't a lot of fire weak monsters in ludi. Arrow rain has a higher base attack, so if I end up getting silver hawk, I'll put 20 in Fire Arrow and max Silver hawk. I'm happy with the new drops now mostly because I wanted a hinkel... Good thing I have a lot of pro friends. O_o

I give up on MS for now..... I get dced every 2 minutes after my first log in. My first log in, I get in about 20 minutes of playing before I get dced. Getting dced was fine until about the 16th time.... By then, Scania was full and I was totally screwed of ever getting in. I'm just going to wait out the rush so that I can actually go back to my peaceful training spot so I can kill kittens and max Arrow blow and PKB...... I'm still debating about the skills I should leave out. Squeek.... Rate the ranger skills for me please. I just need to decide between arrow rain, fire arrow, and silver hawk. Now that I think of it, silver hawk seems useful because of stun, but that is sorta cancelled out by mortal blow. Mortal blow is an awesome skill; about a billion times better than stupid final attack because mortal blow doesn't get you kille, as far as I know. Squeek, or anybody, could you ask some pro archers for me. Thanks in advance. In the meantime, time for some hw and some .hack.

And Squeek, where are those pictures you promised us!? Not like it matters, I've already seen some 3rd job action and I haven't even been in populated areas really. Hermits go flash jumping by here and there, and I saw a dragon knight using the skill that hits one thing multiple times. It was hawt. I'll forget to tell Afro this, so I'll post it here: Maxed HS gives 150% exp when in a 3+ person party, but if not in a 3+ person party, it only gives 110%. So, you're gonna learn to stop being exp-greedy and party with me and Eric. :P
