Meh. All of you should play Tales of Eternia for the PSX. Now that game is the greatest of all time.

Tales of Eternia isn't a Square game. It's by tri-Ace. Although it is a good game, most of the other Tales games are much better, and the Star Ocean series absolutely massacres the Tales series anyway. Valkyrie Profile is another great tri-Ace game.

kingdom hearts owns... whoever said it was a bad rpg..is a noob..i was skeptical at first because of disney..but it turned out to be a very good rpg. loved the hack and slash style. square pulled it off brillaintly. the battle system is better than any ff game. so you fan boys can lick ma scrote. causes that game is on top now. haley osmond can see dead people..and dead atb guage having games. dont get me wrong...im not here to flame ff7 or ff9..even though the battle systems are similar in them all. those stood out. 7 and 9 also had good storylines..8 sucked ma balls. because the draw system was lame..and even though i own a xenosaga tshirt..i never played the game...because gears also blew ma balls. i cant wait for kingdom hearts 2. it will definatly not blow ma balls

FF7 ALL THE WAY!!! even though it may not have the best graphics... it has a great battle system, storyline and challenge level (although it's extremely hard to beat safer sephiroth). im a hardcore squaresoft fan and love most (death to ff8) of its games... but i'd have to pick ff7.

Actually for the time the game was made that was actually a major breakthrough in graphics (you ever play FFVI) so anyways just thought I'd say that

Kingdom Hearts is pretty damn good too but not as good as FF's... well its better then some...

Squaresoft didn't, you know, make Golden Sun. Camelot, the same people who made Mario Tennis, did.

Awww c'mon.. As much as I like the FF games, I'll have to say that I voted Chrono Cross as being my most favorite, with Xenogears at a close second(at least on teh pole)

Other favorites that aren't on the pole are Brave Fencer Musashiden, Dew Prism/Threads of Fate, and FFVIII

god, way too many games that I like. Can't really pick just one.

Chrono Trigger wins, I guess, since it's like 15 years old and I still love it.

I played through FF7, 8, 10, and 10-2. I liked'em all cept 10-2. Plot kinda sucked. Alot.

And don't even get me started on Kingdom Hearts. I played that game so much I beat the game 100% (Ultima Key, all dalmations, all trinities, beat sephiroth) in a week.
