edit: nevermind i read the date wrong, i noticed all the songs during the tourney have gotten the same treatment but i only mentioned it cause i thought it was released back in may. turns out its just the american dating system so it didnt make any sense at all.

The original title of Mabi V2 is translated as "An Old Story from Grandma (SHK Remake)". I don't think it was released as any English name, let alone as Mabi V2.

Working on pushing the massive Song Author re-linking project first before changing stuff that is posted here, since it inherently edits every song in the game including some names, author attribution, stepauthor, etc.

The Hadyn issue was addressed in the project but not Mabi V2.

Just ping me in Discord or DM me if the project fixes go out and I forget to change it after the matter.

I think the whole sheet in the main post is worth looking at, but the most incorrect titles I'm aware of are:

- The correct title of "Ascii Art Core" is "／^o^＼"
- The correct title of "Of course you Need and...NEED ME" is "Ofcourse you Need and nEed and neEd and neeD and NEED ME?"

The following songs have inconsistent capitalizations. They should be either all uppercase or all properly capitalized:

FAKE PROMISE
LITTLE GOD CH@NNEL
11ELEVEN, TAKECORE OF YOURSELF, IVALTEK
BLUE ARMY (need to find image, but it's written in uppercase in vgmdb.net)

This was brought up on the discord before. If we want to use a more accurate song name that isn't just ascii art, the proper translation of that song title is "Fujisan".

Mentioned this to GS direct but will post here as I haven't heard from him and it's been a few days.

DubstEpic Symphony should be corrected to DubstEpic Symph. I don't know when the rename took place but it's uniform across Spotify, Apple Music, iHeart Radio, Deezer, YouTube, SoundCloud, and other places.

I've already updated the wiki entry for the song, just need the update in FFR.

This was brought up on the discord before. If we want to use a more accurate song name that isn't just ascii art, the proper translation of that song title is "Fujisan".

The true ascii art name would actually break syntax naming schemes within FFR, so it's not used. However, if there's backing proof for proper transliteration support being "Fujisan" for the name, I am ok with changing it to that, despite maybe confusing some players about what sort of song it is.

All changed until someone complains that they are capitalized differently otherwise (such-as capitalization for the sake of print, since most of these proofs are from the back of the record. Can't really argue with PANTS though since non-capitalization exists for that one).

So a few months back, I noticed that the artist tags of all songs titled "Rain" has been removed (like Rain [YMCK]).



If that was the intention, there are a few other song pairs with tags that should probably also be removed to maintain consistency (if that wasn't the intention though, you could probably just re-add those tags)

However there are pairs of titles which consists of one having a tag and one not, in which I would probably do something about it:

(special case, B capitalization is different, so tags aren't needed regardless)


(another special case, however this time I'm pretty sure the capitalization for "memories" is incorrect, after doing a quick internet scroll)

These two pairs here are from the same artist(s)/have identical soundtracks, but different titles
