about the number of points that you need (5000) i think you Realize that a regular not insane (and up for makeing him self a whore) person that is not super aggressive can only do like something in the area of 300 IP if you really planned on giveing some cool ffr shirts maybe lower the 5000 goal to half of that and even lower
you can set a rule that if some one gets 2 shirts like 5000 he cant win them both but can give one as a gift to another ffr member
