Yeah, they're 12th notes, since 3 of them occupy one beat (one quarter one).

And you're right Shadow, just you forgot that Cyan is 48th, green is 64th, and I'm not too sure what the white notes are. And blue and red are reversed.

I fixed that before you posted that, but yeah. =P

Whites aren't anything. They are just used when anything other than the rest are used. For example, whites could be like a 143rd note.

At least this is true from what I have seen.

It would be if "1-3" were hit at the same time. My interpretation was supposed to mean notes 1 and 3 are hit alternatively *repeatedly*

If they were hit at the same time repeatedly=trill

Suggestion: Include "hands and "quads". Use a picture from vrofl.

While they don't come up much in FFR itself, they're still referenced sometimes for SM, so it wouldn't hurt to have it here.

things that probably should be here, with descriptions:

Hands and quads - A hand is three arrows at once, and a quad is four arrows at once. Only one song in FFR has these, which is pictured below, but files for Resonance and Stepmania have them more commonly.

4-framer - Two of the same arrow that are four frames apart. These will often cause what are known as "avmisses", which occur when you try to hit the first arrow too late, and run into the second one instead. To offset this, make sure to hit a bit early on these. Lots of them in quck succession can be very hard to FC and even harder to PA.

3-framer - Two of the same arrow that are three frames apart. Like 4-framers, these will cause avmisses, but they will do so FAR more frequetly. Large numbers of them at once are ridiculously hard to combo and essentially impossible to PA--even PA'ing one of them can be difficult.

2-framer - Two of the same arrow that are two frames apart. You must hit VERY early on these to combo them and avoid avmisses, and they greatly increase the difficulty of any file they're in. It's also impossible to hit a 2-framer and get perfects on both arrows, thus causing any song with one to be impossible to get all perfects on. These are banned from most new FFR files, and are only in a total of about 15 older files, many of which are rated For Gurus Only.

1-framer - Two of the same arrow that are only one frame apart. These only appear on two songs--Crowdpleaser and Vertex BETA vrofl--and are ridiculously difficult to combo. If you combo a 1-framer, which in itself is a pretty impressive feat, you WILL get an average on the first arrow, without exception.

thank you now I know what those framers are.

Didn't Tass mention something abou 5-framers in a file, or was he just joking because it was really hard to combo?

You probably should throw chrono in there as well with a 0-framer definition.

Adding more general game terms (ie:Avmiss) would help.
