Umm...Im not really a n00b here, but ive never really posted in the boards. only played the game. I can basically do up to very difficult (yet, still some DIFFICULTS are harder then very difficult!?!) Ive saved over 2k in credits and the like, never been on a hi-score list though, my score was once so close, i missed by like 2k! Forgot which song though...Ive been on here for about 1 year now.

Wow I happened to have read this whole thread almost and I think I waisted my time. Everyone is pretty much saying the same thing over and over again. There are some people that actually explain different techniques to those of us that dont get it *cough*Cenright*cough* and that was helpful. Other than that...2 hands, one hand, one finger, five fingers, same difference! Different people have different styles. Learn, Dance, Kill. That's all you have to know

I played with 1 hand for like...the first 200 games I played, then after that I switched to two. They're right though, it's whatever suits you. Myself, I like the two hand. I think it also depends on where you place your hands and if you use the number pad or the direct arrows.

The direct arrows are closer, so if you mess up, you can catch yourself faster. Those number pad arrows are just funky :P

I am so confused.... Yes... given, I am a noobie. Because, sadly, I don't even know how to get the game to play. Every time I click "playy ffr" or "ffr the game" it doesnt let me. It says something like _noauthmodmsg, or something like that.

that happened to me also, but i found out i wasn't logged on for some reason. I just joined, but i'm getting the hang of it, i hate how some low level people are really good though. They always lower my level.

Yeah...im new here but i rather use 2hands than 1 cause its easier than using 1 hand so i suggest using 2 hands unless ur quick with ur fingers

that's probably why i use 1 hand, because i'm quick with the hands. i usually use my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th fingers, but on some of the doubles and quick ones, i need to use all of the fingers on my hand, that's probably why so many people like using 2 hands.

That's the way it's with me except for with 2 hands (except on the one's easier than tricky), some times 2 hands are better for mashing for me in stuff like FOTB(is that Flight Of The BumbleBee's for short?)

yeah, it's a pain, but it is still fun because when i complete it i feel relieved and sore in my right hand at the same time
