It's gaz from invader zim.

As for all the other stuff, you can get it all at www.wincustomize.com

You need windowblinds for the theme and cursorXP for the cursors. They're both programs.

(hopefully now that I posted this, we will see some leeter desktops :O)

It's called I run 800x600 because I sit two feet away from the computer screen and my computer screen is about 15-16 or so inches.
