Is it wrong for me to read someone like that, maybe, but it's there and I'm sure a lot of people have come to that conclusion too.
...Or maybe it's just me, hee hee hee. |

Now for Xel, he's interesting to me. Imo, he's been extremely middle ground. Saw him shitpost a little bit, and I saw in like two posts he changed to actually contributing but hovers between the two. It's a bit strange at the moment.
Maybe before I continue I should do isolations because that catching up wasn't satisfactory and it's getting on my nerves.

He saw it coming, I must reiterate he was highly aware of what was happening because he came in last minute to mentioned "inDheart is getting lynched, huh?"

When I reread, two people had extremely off posts and I just dislike in general how they are playing the game (maybe biasing
On that front, because I can't read a post from them and help cringe even if it's a good one): inDheart Hakulyte

Agreed, in the beginning Haku was being dumb as per usual and inDheart I had him as a slightly strong wolf lean at the beginning of the game.

But I promise you if you did what I did and do a page by page analysis, you'll come to the same conclusion regarding inDheart.

Same thing for Haku, he's got some nice gems in the midst of his stupidity.

Right,
I'm voting mellon b/c nothing that she's said has really stuck with me. A lot of her content is very lacking and circulative it seems. When initially pressured by gradiant about traction on wolfe, she seemed kinda flustered and quick to dismiss it. Quote:

Then she has an argument with precarious over theory stuff (gut reads and whether they're good or not). But I feel as though she's happy to start conflict in this way because it looks like she's being assertive when really she's not being attacked in any way. She doesn't have to mask her role, just has to talk about what she believes is the best way to play the game. (This interaction can be seen pages 31 and 33). So her only additions to this game are basically misreading and having an interesting interaction with gradiant, having a logic argument with precarious, and having precarious scum for being self assured.

Just got caught up to the thread. That was quite a bit to catch up on. but I'll comment on this for now.

When I made that statement I was basically trying to say that I found the interactions hard to follow. because of their content and the circular nature of many of the arguments. I didn't switch my position or try to say that I misread anything. However I definitely could have phrased that post in a better way because in hindsight I see how it can be interpreted that way. I never wanted to dismiss those interactions. I was trying to make connections within those interactions and that is what was giving me a hard time to begin with. Quote:
Turns out he is just using a different definition of "confirmed" than I do. Really, we agree with each other. I wasn't here for EOD because it was Saturday night and I was out with my friends. We were supposed to go to Round One, a super cool arcade with a lot of rhythm games. We didn't know we needed ID to get in so even though we are all above 21, and not even planning to drink, we didn't all have our ID so we didn't get to go (protip for anyone who tries to go to Round One after 10 pm). We did still end up partying though when we just came back home. It's pretty clear about how I feel about phases ending on Friday and Saturday nights, especially Saturdays. but oh well what can ya do Lots of other interesting stuff has happened. gotta take some time to process and get some wine

SK should be thinking the same exact thing, by the way. If he doesn't get a wolf TONIGHT, he's most definitely going to lose this game too, so you're wolf hunting cooperation right now is very much appreciated, thank you very much. |

Question bc i was thinking about this earlier. What's the merit of separating wolves and SK in your mind? I feel like I should just be able to play like there are 3 wolves but just 2 killing power and be okay like that. Are there any tendencies that differentiate wolves and the SK?

SK is a one-man team, which means he'll act more like a town player. He doesn't know who is town and who is wolf, and will probably mimic town genuinely, both so as to avoid being characterized as a wolf, and because wolves present a special threat (he can be nightkilled, possible 1-shot bulletproof notwithstanding). The difference between town and SK is that the SK might (might) be slightly more reserved, as they're not part of a team and if they get nightkilled they lose, and the obvious fact that in the end they'll want to see everyone else in game eventually die. A wolf is more likely to seem "off" than a serial killer, although that kind of analysis can be dangerous, since if there was someone whose meta was truly completely different based on alignment, they'd probably have stopped playing TWG long ago. |

Actually, the more I think about it, we shouldn't even think about the SK still if all goes to shit and the wolves haven't lost a player.
I say for this battle, SK should never be in our thoughts until extreme late game. That is to say we have one wolf and one SK left scenario. I could give two fucks about the SK now, or the next phase. |

Fwiw with the focus on finding wolves, we should leave Shado off of the table today and look for other suspicious individuals. Of Shado is legit, we'll be making a huge mistake pursuing him to the grave today. There are 3 members to the wolf team. If he's one of them, he still has two partners to find. It they all fake claim, then l0l

We're not too deep in fuckville to need to lynch Shado. We still have at least one phase after today before we're screwed if the whole wolf team is alive.
