Re: Diablo 3
Finally able to solo Act 2 on Inferno with my Wizzy... It only took getting my resistance for all types to 950. Which is really ridiculous because Act 1 doesn't drop anything good to get you ready for Act 2

In any case, new patched released, so you can maybe get decent items in act I/II now Bunch of boss buffs. NV stack not guaranteeing 2 rares on bosses, but guaranteed rare on champ packs. IAS nerfs. Nether tentacle nerfed to the ground. MF doesn't affect chests anymore. Pots/vases can't drop items. Gem/blacksmith costs reduced. That's my gist of the patch anyway.

Re: Diablo 3
This patch is so good. It's like the game is playable now. Don't even care about nether tenticles fix and IaS nerf was needed.

Re: Diablo 3
on armor maybe, but mostly it's blizzard's ****ing fault for putting attack speed on a bunch of shitty legendaries forcing people to use level 58 gear to maximize dps
and on weapons the attack speed was no, not really at all nerf-worthy I was only running 2 as rings to keep mobility in check but it just so happened my weapon rolled as ----oh look i take a 50% overall dps hit for rolling as instead of damage thanks blizz i guess having the as mod on your weapon counts as stacking attack speed then BETTER NERF e: then there's the fact that the entire game has been reduced to speed farming act 1 but i wont even go into that Last edited by MinaciousGrace; 06-19-2012 at 04:35 PM.. |

Re: Diablo 3
Game so bad now. Might as well call it Diablo 3: Revenge of the Butcher
Give me one reason for a player to do anything other than farm act 1 and then occasionally try higher acts one-off for the achievements. p.s. There is no such argument from an efficiency standpoint. Only upside to this patch is that I made money. This sold within 5 min of putting it up, I clearly could have made more from it but honestly I've already made a profit with this game, sounds good to me.

Re: Diablo 3
Still not understanding this repair bill. Only part of this I'm confused about.

I tanked an act 1 champ mob on my barb and killed it without dying. Went back to town, 1.4k repairs for NOT dying. Just normal wear and tear from one (admittedly long) fight. So much for trying to punish ranged for dying frequently with higher repair costs... all this does is make me even MORE glad I'm not melee.

My stuff decreases durability for me hitting the enemy at ranged.

Re: Diablo 3
Uh yeah the repair cost increases are ridiculous. I'm paying a lot to repair my gear even when I don't die.
I don't see how I can possibly solo anything past Act I now without losing a LOT of money. There's absolutely no point in even trying unless I'm going to run a coop game. Stupid. D: Especially when the price of crafting high level gems/buying high end equipment in the AH necessitates a ton of gold. How exactly are we supposed to get it now? lol Act 1 all day baby, apparently.

Re: Diablo 3
They shouldn't have nerfed IAS on legendaries, they were already bad enough rofl.. I'm mad at how IAS is affecting every item, but legendary buff is only going to work on new gear (???)
