3.9 difficulty meter

Is there a way in the metrics to stop the difficulty meter from centering itself once it goes past 10?

Under the

[DifficultyMeter]
NumFeetInMeter=10
MaxFeetInMeter=20

I believe, not tested this, but I think it's the right one

I got it, had to add "horizalign,left;" to meter settings.
