Re: Dungeon Fighter Online
Seriously. I mean, what other class can you solo and open King's?
In the process of the super-easy exorcist quest. As soon as the servers stop going down randomly.

Yeah, the quest line for exorcist is stupidly easy.

Re: Dungeon Fighter Online
Idk what I want my priest to be... Monk is a ton of fun, but it's a LOT like a Striker.

Re: Dungeon Fighter Online
Monks are hard to get...70% style or something like that on Blazing, thats hard. If it had been the poison thunderland, that would have been a lot easier.

Re: Dungeon Fighter Online
Go Exorcist if you want to be more combat-oriented but don't want something you feel plays a lot like your other favorite guy.
Crusaders don't really get any new "attack" like abilities. You basically make due with what you made due with up until level 18. They buff the hell out of themselves or teammates, which makes him quite excellent in team PVP but pretty piss-poor in solo PVP. My combo is starting with 3 hits of the regular combo, cancelling into giant weapon launcher, grabbing them with his grapple move on their way down, then going into the one pogo-stick leap attack move because that'll hit people right as they try to stand up for another good chunk of damage. With all the buffs I can jam on my guy, it hits pretty hard and I can tank like a mofo.

Re: Dungeon Fighter Online
TotalBlank level 5 Slayer. The game is not too bad, the GUI sucks ass though, all the windows are huge and the typical spam bots and HUGE text is really irritating. I'm finding it difficult to play this game for Style and Technic though, I can't seem to keep Style over 40% and Technic over 50%, my typical rank C and sometimes B.
Edit: Forgot to mention I'm online now and I'm just fooling around, I'll be on for a while.

Well, i give up on my priest to be completely honest.
I honestly wanted to be an Avenger, but you CANT be one. So I'm done with him until they release it.

Re: Dungeon Fighter Online
It's easy peasy to get 70% style lol. Just unequip all your weapons and spam regular attacks to get a high combo on King's bam 85% style.
To get tech you just have to use a ton of skills. Being in a group helps a lot. Psycho does that even exist? I mean I see the skill set but it doesn't say anything on the website about that subclass. The thing I hate the most about this game is the swear filter. It was crashing for me when I had 7zip installed lol... So I uninstalled it.

Re: Dungeon Fighter Online
Well, I mean isn't the game still technically in open-beta? Maybe the subclass hasn't been released yet.
Priests have the ability to turn into demons, and I think only the Avenger can do it.

Re: Dungeon Fighter Online
I could be wrong, and I don't think I am, but the avenger is a second job that you get at like 30 or something like that. My game is still crashing and I deleted that thing you talked about, but it still crashes my computer and it makes me sad

Re: Dungeon Fighter Online
Level 9 now, almost 10. so far so good, I find the community is always AFK and I don't see anyone really talking or anything. As for trading, I have no signs of what is good for what yet, so for now I'm holding onto random Danjin pots and stuff for other classes and some set items, worth it yes/no?

Re: Dungeon Fighter Online
Open your pots. The pots themselves are relatively useless and no one trades for them. However, if you get a ownsome item in one, you should be able to pawn it for a good price in the trade channel.
The game is no longer in beta. That's why the website changed, and it's why the item shop is now open. However, since the item shop opened, it's not as stable (which is kind of sad because it wasn't the most stable game to begin with). I've had a lot of unexplained crashes as has my brother where we didn't get any during open beta. Also, on the topic of channels, turns out each of them is to help people find groups to specific dungeon sets. Unfortunately, this is never expressly stated anywhere, which is weird. But, if you notice, the first group of servers are Grand Flores, the second is Sky Tower, etc. If you're in any Grand Flores channel, you gain bonus XP for completing any Grand Flores dungeon, and if you're in a Sky Tower channel, you gain bonus XP for completing Sky Tower dungeons. I wish I had known this back when I first rolled my guy because I'm sure I'd be at a higher level than I am now.

Re: Dungeon Fighter Online
Seriously, I just figured that out a couple days ago...
But man does my exo (21) kick ass. I'm still trying to find good cotton **** tho. Not that it matters, I'm always out of the way. My Asura (22) is good but the sword is too freaking slow ( black steel thing, 242 attack or something but slowwwwww). Grappler (23) is still the most fun for me. I can't wait to get to 25 with each of them... I still haven't leveled my mage passed 8 and haven't made a gunner... Eventually...

Re: Dungeon Fighter Online
Level 12 now. Got a bunch more skills but finding it a bit annoying to perform LEFT RIGHT LEFT DOWN combos one after another, sometimes you can only do a certain thing from one side which is really gay.

Re: Dungeon Fighter Online
I use the ASDFGH keys for moves that I think are just too annoying to input commands for over and over again. On my Asura, I have all my waves + wave wheel slasher on there because doing right-down-right Z down-right Z xxx Z down-right Z right-down-right Z gets really annoying.
Exorcists use cotton? Really? I thought they used heavy armor considering they are more about pounding people with their big axes than they are about spells. Both my toons (Asura and Crusader) use plate, so until I hit 25, I'm still fairly gimp because most plate armor even from quests requires you to hit 25 first. Kind of lame. Also about slow attack speed: Unless you're a Berserker, you should be using at least a short sword. It does average attack speed but has the highest magic attack damage of any Slayer weapon type. If you look at Asura's move list, ALL OF THEIR ATTACKS rely almost soley on magic attack damage. Even if your combo isn't hitting as hard, your wave swords and what not will be. (I'm not sure what weapon type Soul Benders like, but they seem magic attack based. Blade Masters should be using Beam Swords and nothing else, obviously.)

Re: Dungeon Fighter Online
Nexon is awesome, they always find a way to nerf their games.
One word: Fatigue. Full of ****ing fail. I can't believe there's about 3-4 hours before Fatigue reaches the red. How dumb.

Re: Dungeon Fighter Online
Okay got bored today and tried this out, guess it looks like I'm the first to post a gunner...names SpykeMeHedro(damn letter limit was one short and it didn't actually tell me, just let me type it in) currently level 9 on him...my only problem is that its hard to get enemies in the sweet spot for the gunner to shoot them. They get too close, the gun knocks em over and they don't get shot...they get too far and the angled attacks don't reach. Thinking I might try a slayer and a fighter soon.
