Re: 2nd Unofficial FFR Tournament - Round 6
Kalibar, no more deleting your replays, you're excuse DOES NOT work. Keep your replays up or you're DQ'd for suspicion of cheating. This goes for everyone as well. In fact, if you could, for further rounds, SAVE your replays so that they are proof. If not, I WILL DQ you. Again, this applies to EVERYONE.

Re: 2nd Unofficial FFR Tournament - Round 6
Replays can easily be another factor into preventing cheating. I'm gonna start taking ALL measures I can to prevent it.
It's just sad though, being one of the most honest and nice guys anyone could know, I find it very sad that I have to deal with any form of cheating from anyone. I put down $700 of my own money and it's pathetic and sad that some people are trying to cheat for personal gain instead of just playing for the fun that this tournament is SUPPOSED to be about. The big prizes were only added to inspire people to join AND to inspire tough competition. It should've been something for people to play harder for, increasing the difficulty and fun of this tournament, it's not to bring forth cheating.

Re: 2nd Unofficial FFR Tournament - Round 6
Whoever tries/tried to cheat fails at life. Someone putting up quite a lot of his own money to fund a tourney for the community.. I agree with CosmicRain, I really appreciate what you're doing Phynx and although I don't know you in person you're probably an amazing person. Like that im2good4anyone pos should go die for trying to pull his little stunt.

Re: 2nd Unofficial FFR Tournament - Round 6
honestly all submissions from the final 10 should be required to be vidded to entirely prevent cheating, but people would complain so endlessly it would hardly be worth it

Re: 2nd Unofficial FFR Tournament - Round 6
Phynx, don't even take it harshly. The people who cheat will feel guilty enough, and honestly. You're a great person. People who cheat to better themselves are the people who don't go far in life. And by the way, I'm still super suspicious about that P.E Gym replay delete, I mean, I'd treasure it forever, and I'm sure the other 1.5million people who haven't aaa'd this song would treasure it even more. Phynx, we allll love you. <333333 The people who actually win because of cheating will be caught not too far after this tourney is over.

Re: 2nd Unofficial FFR Tournament - Round 6
there's no replay for this since i got it yesterday, i hope that's okay. i don't think it matters since this isn't good enough to get me into the next round anyways.
doubt i'll get any better either. |

Re: 2nd Unofficial FFR Tournament - Round 6
Phynx, just like to say that this tourney has helped inspire me to start playing ffr again. This has been a great deal of fun for me, and hopefully to all those who participated. I don't understand why anyone would even want to try to cheat. You'll get found out. And that just ruins it for those of us who are being honest and enjoying ourselves...
Thanku phynx <3 ps: you'll need to give me a few weeks notice before your next one if you'll require video evidence. (i don't have a webcam/camera) + i can't get any of the super-elite players to play for me... different continent ftw

I think that replays should be placed somewhere in the replays from now on though, to prove that the scores were obtained during the round, and to prove that they actually GOT the score, because with the amount of whoring some of us are doing, scores disappear. |

Phynx, honestly...if I were you, I'd make kalibar77 make a video of him playing Piano Etude just to ensure that he isn't cheating, because I'm pretty sure he is. Edit: Look at his level ranks, they're horrible except for the songs he's AAA'd. |
