You know the program Garage Band for Mac? (eeewww, Mac) Well, I was wondering if there was a Windows version program that was like it. If there is, post a link if it's dl'able or info so i can buy it. Thx.

I'm just trying to find something that is bare-bones, and only simulates band instruments and stuff. No trance, techno or anything.

Btw, log in or get a username.

Uhhhh, Acid is an incredible program. Don't diss it. It's not really intended as stand alone though.

Dude, Acid is awesome. But your right about everything else. I don't really like Garage Band, but if he's just looking for sounds and stuff, go for it. I'd much rather get Acid that Garage Band. Acid costs much more I think...I dunno. Acid loop discs are lots of money, but have sweet stuff on it. You can even drop them on FL.

http://www.apple.com/ilife/garageband/

I've used it before. It really isnt that band if you have a midi controller, and it is fairly easy to use.
