The number on the left is how much strength or attack power or whatever required to use that weapon. The number on the right in the parenthesis is how much of that stat you have. So if the right number is bigger than the left, you can use that weapon, etc

Normally, I would say it's because it costs real money to obtain it, but it looks like the male outfits go for around 50k at most... hmmm...
It's hard for a lady to look pretty in PSO I guess lol

Edit: The lowest prices I've seen for a yukata: Green-500k, Purple-520k, Red-980k. How in the world did you get it for 450k...

Most of the meseta-raking comes from city quests so just do those whenever they come up.

Finally made a weapon with +60 atk of some sort.
It's not really the greatest weapon but it's a huuuuge personal accomplishment.
