That guide by xRandomNumber in the Kongregate forums seems to work, but I got up to Wave 40 and his guide seems to be very dependent on luck (getting Awareness to dodge to survive)...

His guide is only optimal in certain areas. If you play by statistical expectation and take the risks where variance is lowest, you have the best chance to win. I disagree with a few of the areas where he takes risks, but there are some instances where bad luck WILL kill you no matter what. You have to run through a few times, but usually it only takes me ~3 tries max.

see.... stuff like that is so frustrating. games that are skill/strategy based, yet can screw you over by bad luck most of the time. tarnation is another perfect example.

I got 5 pages left. I refuse to play the RPGs, or pretty much anything that slightly resembles an RPG and that's a big reason why.
