I was glad to see Ted Strickland win Ohio's Governor. After all the things that happened to Taft, it was probably going to play out like it did. I wasn't expecting to Mike Dewine to lose to Sherrod Brown though.

OMFG Virginia is being gay with the whole Webb vs. Allen thing. Since the difference in the number of votes is less than .05%, the state is paying for the recount. Literally, the outcome of the US Senate comes down to this recount.

God I hate politics. -_-

Maybe if more people in your area voted for Webb this wouldn't be a problem Chromey.

My 7th grade social studies teacher made a typo on one worksheet which said "erection" instead of "election". Two years later, and he probably hasn't changed it because my brother was in his class last year and it was the same. >_>

Yay, Democrats, take house, and possibly the senate, too. That is the best thing that's ever happened during my lifetime so far.

70 degrees here in MN if I do say so myself is quite a good day.

On another note, the levy for my school district passed by 53 votes. The vote yes/no section for it was in the bottom left corner on the backside of the ballot with the fact that a blank space equals a no vote. woo.

Overall, I'm happy with the way it turned out, besides the whole Virginia recount thing.

Hopefully this'll teach republicans to get back to conservative values.

That's about the ONLY good thing that could possibly come out of Democrats in charge, especially with psycho hose beasts like Nancy Pelosi heading the party.

Do I need to elaborate why this is one of the most ignorant things I've ever read in my life. You probably didn't even vote Grandiagod. Are you an idiot? Do you think I cannot have a political voice/opinion and the right to voice it in a free nation over a free internet? I'm not even in the Army. Do you even know the difference between branches? It's not that hard to figure out.

I used to be in favor of the republican party but I am glad to see that the Democrats are taking over. I think the country needs some change. Also, pro-choice.

Both of my parents voted conservative, but I wanted Menendez to win anyway, even if he is being investigated or something. Innocent until proven guilty, imo. If he did something bad, he'll be replaced.

Webb has been ahead since last night, and last I checked, only one precinct was left, and even though it was a Republican precinct, there aren't many people there.

Allen will probably call for a recount, but it won't do much. We're an electronic voting state.
