I saw two girls playing at the MIT arcade randomly throw off their shirts. They were hot, too (well, one of them was). They weren't drunk, either, which is shocking considering it was at 11pm Friday night on a college campus.
And yes, they had bras on underneath, so it wasn't THAT exciting.
