I don't disagree with you but the wording implies otherwise. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt

It.....can't be as easy as "everyone who defends Manti is his partner" because TWG has never been that way. Would be swell if it was true though

You're right it can't be that easy but this kind of defense for someone without having any real foundation for that defense is kinda sus. No idea who jub is so I will always assume the worst of someone

well i caught up a bit on what i missed and i think this might just be a case where theres a high effort wolf paired with 2 lurkers. As much as I want to think the high effort wolf is manti i realize i might just be putting too much stock into one thing.

I dont think any of the other high posters are suspicious or burning me though. Charu is a bit more passive than i remember but that might be a combo of his current situation and it being early in the game still. MML feels completely normal and nothing he says has felt off. Same with roundbox, maybe a touch more self depreciation than im used to but nothing too strange.

I dont want to jump on jub because "weird = bad" but im not really following his posts that well. Hes someone im keeping an eye on.

Bugkid has been pretty inoffensive so far but thats also someone im keeping an eye on.

WV i dont like atm, theres a bit too much of...iono how to put it. Bullet point posting? Making a lot of individual zinger like points that dont really string together into anything cohesive.

Raeko is a ghost and also high up on my suspicion list but im not looking there at the moment unless she shows up, makes 5 nothing posts then leaves again, then there's a problem.

So my top 3 suspicious people are Manti / Raeko / WV atm.

Maybe I'm biased but when I saw the flip vote by Manti which saved my life I didn't think it was suspicious at the time because he was taking his vote off of me! But Charu's reasoning is a lot more clear. Could be confirmation bias but it definitely doesn't feel like a wolf play to switch from one town to another town at the last second.

On the other hand, every time I read MML's posts I really struggle to find points of common ground.

I mean, nothing he has said so far seems that weird, just solid observations mixed with some reads and pokes. The manti vote post being one thing that I actually really liked since it came out around the same time I was suspicious of him.

Maybe im just getting pocketed since he joined me on manti but im doubtful.

I realize i might be tunneling on the EoD vote switch stuff too much but i mean...no matter what the reasons for it end up being that seems like a play you see from a wolf with more info than everyone else and not a town d0. I know manti is a shotcaller but does he really do something like that eod on d0?

he was indifferent on both juber and FFA, why not push someone he was actually suspicious of like me? (If u can call shading my ancient wolf tendencies suspicion.)

i realize once the wagons form up you should vote between them but why mess around controlling the eod if you dont care about either of the wagons? I dont really buy the reaction test excuse, that just seems like weak after the fact justification once he started getting heat for it.

I at least expected something like "Well i dont like/care about either of these wagons but I guess ill vote X because Y and Z." I dont see that from manti anywhere.
