First game day is a lot better with hindsight

it's very frustrating still though because a simple explanation later would have totally solved issues I had

but if I wasn't being dumb and tilted maybe it woulda happened sooner so I'll chalk it to that

I do like haku substantially less though I'm just gonna come out and say out-front that despite whatever issues I have or don't have with bugkid's time in the game to the current point I am at (254) that more of what they're eluding to often is a lot more available with the hindsight of their flip.

I'm going to check how the res tof that plays out though, because like, there's an argument to be formed that bugkid was nightkilled for it

and the other wolf is comfy town circle for most, which is why with how blatant that may or may not be it'd be an ok call

it was also posted in signups and the questionnaire, so it's fair game to assume that Among Us was the plan all along and this was just a 10-player mountainous setup w/ night start as haku described

a lot to take in so I'm just gonna post general thoughts about each player

star seems to be overly conscious about how she's perceived by others this game when I didn't see that as much in prior games. could be personal, but thought I'd note it anyways.

xel seems very town to me

hateandhatred town lean, never played with him before.

roundbox seems fine for now but I can never really read him

ffa I'm not quite sure. maybe more of a scum lean than town but I'm mostly neutral atm.

lurker ????? I don't know if me disagreeing with his posts means he's scum. seems to be harping on peculiar things.

freezin is null.

haku is haku. oddly I find their behavior more towny today. posts seem genuine.

this was made last phase when bug was confirmed crewmate, so take that for what it's worth
I don't think they really developed their xel read past this or really got a huge chance to elaborate, unfortunately. I think someone else brought this up during this phase, but yeah, I see it too
the points on star and lurker seem to be the ones most closely hinting at a scum lean, where everyone else is either null, unsure, or a bit towny.

I did myself a favor and reread
the biggest tonal shift from pre-d0 to post-d0 has to be Xel on two factors:
-post volume
-solving/deducing

I have seen the solving/deducing from Xel in these most recent posts, sure, but there really wasn't much of it elsewhere last phase or until right now this phase
even when Xel made posts yesterday, they weren't really advancing anything and he didn't even have a vote

I'm surprised to see my play considered as a "coasting" wolf when I'm the 3rd highest postcount in the game (I'm only calling this out for your use of the word coasting)

I feel like you're putting words in bugkid's mouth too and I also don't understand how that works.

post-when-it-matters but the "they're in your town pile" is aimed at FFA and not bugkid here (reference was in the post above it.)

FFA had:

Haku
BugKid
Storn
Lurker

in his town pile at this point

bugkid blatantly asking for a PR claim is literally the point where I started tilting

the now obvious misplay is that their original post saying you had slipped was bad, because your post they're going after you for, is totally reasonable and isn't a slip, even in a shit-post oriented lens

Also considering BugKid was pushing you [Haku] that post is a mess given it's current state in my reread.

I only say this doesn't matter because I 1. don't know FFA the rest of the game from here, and 2. bugkid's slot is resolved.

I thought Haku “slipped” (and Storn and maybe Xel seemed to have noticed this) because he stated that the word Applicant ONLY appeared in the welcome message and NOWHERE else, when he should have gotten an Applicant role message from Force. Regardless of validity it was something I noticed immediately.

I had not noticed. THIS explanation - I wish I'd seen it earlier? I don't know why you'd held back this info, would have solved the tilt quickly because it's very checkable info.

the obvious conclusion is that this makes ffa or rb look potentially sus, but that's likely a ploy.

I think roundbox sits firmly in my town pile unless he blatantly asks for a role reveal from someone

To really summarize where I am at rn

I:

1. Think the wolf on the hatred wagon is between Haku and FFA, if not both
2. Think if FFA is lynched and wolf-flips we flip star next
3. Think flipping me solves my slot for everyone, and based on my play would mechanically be the correct call. But I am merely giving the "of fucking course I am town" perspective for later.
4. If Haku flips wolf we flip freezin.

Roundbox atm never flips for me because I see literally zero malice
FFA I think trying to self-resolve the slot is slank even if past games indicate he's right - I don't actually care
I've played pretty bad because I dipped at prime moments and most of where I sit is based on hindsight.
Hatred's lynch is so what the fuck I make zero heads or tails of it other than maybe we can use it to rule who'd flip between haku and ffa in a world where I am not the chopping block

I think my vote falls onto FFA or Haku today. I lean towards Haku more, because I like him less, and can use his flip to determine the amount of Malice in the FFA vote later.
