Songs. Theres TONS of purchase songs and theres also secret songs that you unlock the more creds that you get. Unfortunately they counteract eachother and once you spend all your creds the secret songs go away so id play those first
Alternatively, theres other stuff in the shop you can buy or as stated already you can just gamble them away. I wouldnt recommend that though since its rigged imo.

Why arent the credits distributed evenly? I think the d1 winners deserve just as many as the d7 players. If anything the d1 players had to try harder...
Cred pot should be the same for each division winner, each second, and each third. Amirite?

I mean everyone who participated gets the same amount whether theyre d1, d7, tried as hard as they could, didnt try and barely submitted scores, etc.

So in the first paragraph you're saying that the winners should get the same amount regardless of division, and in the second paragraph, you're saying the participation prizes should be all the same too?

Never in the history of ever have credit prizes been distributed communist-style like that. Regardless of whether a D1 player tried harder than a D7 player during this tournament, the sum total of how hard the D7 player tried to get to where they are from day one is insanely higher which merits a better reward (in most peoples' opinion). This should be reflected in the winners pool and in the participation pool (even though it wasn't done that way for participation in this tournament, but that's not a huge deal).

I will agree that nearly half the credits going to one person is a bit overboard, but it's not my tournament to run and benguin is free to do what he wants within reason. That being said, you are free to run your own UOT SK8R and handle credit distribution how you see fit.

While being in d7 you pretty much have the skills to aaa every round pretty easily, not counting the last round cuz lol thats meant to be harder.

But seriously your logic is so flawed. You're probably one of the people who think there should be a million divisions and everybody gets 1st place because "Bravo you tried". If you dont reward D7 more what's the incentive to get there... It works like that in nearly every game/sport ever.

And theres d7 exclusive tokens and stuff. Credits shouldnt be an incentive to try to get to d7.

Idk man, the time investment into the game alone to reach that skill level is crazy. I've been here playing for nearly 13 years but I only just finally, barely, broke into d3 right after tourney ended, because I don't invest a lot of time into playing and practicing. I'd take a lot of breaks and I love playing this game drunk too, so not very conducive of improvement. I definitely don't deserve the same reward as someone who can play songs that my eyes can't read and fingers can't respond to. I didn't put the effort into getting to that level, so why should I get what they get? Doesn't make sense to me anyway.
