for the sake of transparency, the modkill on flashflash account occurred as a result of referencing his PM in a private chat.

this issue was discussed between Yoshl and myself and it was determined that the only way to move forward was to enforce a modkill.

The exact line that was crossed, among other related things, will be discussed further when the game has concluded.
