You didn't find any info on orangentle's permission? It's right here, acquired by Ghakimx quite a while ago:

Many others on this list are from BMS and are not blanket permissions of course.

That section is outdated, I will probably remove it altogether since a lot of these have been found/resolved.

Also, Lapfox Trax got renamed to Halley Labs despite the url maintaining the former name.

I wasn't sure exactly how to add them because their response was a bit ambiguous. It's now listed in the label permissions and I've added a clause that it would be preferable to contact them whenever a song is added in the game.

About LapFox Trax, looks like both names are still in use, so Halley Labs was added as an aka.

So it turns out the original title for Husigi Usagi Milk Tei is フシギ☆ウサギ☆ミルク☆テイ from 2007. It is Yuuyu's remix of his own 2006 work which was titled フシギモノガタリ, or Fushigi Monotagari/"Wonderful Things". Google Translate roughly translates Husigi Usagi Milk Tei to "The Mystifying Rabbit" in english.

The original release of it has apparently been lost in the depths of the internet, even though I managed to find some obscure stepmania file for it that was made back in 2007. So it definitely did exist in 2007, and after the 2006 release of the original song. I still have no idea where it was originally released.

Yep, blanket is basically the artist saying we can use any song present or future from his discography.
