I mostly said that to see what reactions it would give, I think I got some information (not much though).
About confirmed town reads, I know it's weak. But you can think that he atleast had to have some proper reason for it that's grounded in a town-mindset. You don't think he chose you randomly do you?

Personally I see him as Town this game it's hard to read your case on him because a lot of it reads to me like a pissing contest and jumps to conclusions.
