a couple things


a) i liked sunfan's post about 'knights home site would crucify him for not having an avatar, and therefore he is trying to skate by without one and go unnoticed.'

I think it is an out-of-the-box way to try and read me, whi, but wrong for a couple reasons.

1st- I am very much NOT a player who sits back and lets things happen. As either alignment, i like to try and dictate the pace/flow of the game. I make reads earlier than most people, I attack people harder than most people, and I like to be in the center of the conversation. I'm kind of a selfish player in that way; if I can see the thought process on how people read me, it makes it easier to get reads on people if i'm a villager/fabricate reads on people if i'm a wolf. So the conclusion that you think i'm trying to be 'under the radar' is completely against how I like to play the game as either alignment.

2nd) something you couldn't know: My first full game on 2+2 POG I didn't have an avatar/refused to make one (for some reason, i don't even remember anymore) and we won. I ended up getting an avatar halfway through my next game after that iirc.

I did the same thing on MafiaUniverse for my first game there (I was just too lazy, it was a turbo) and won.

So i'm kinda just doing it as a 'tradition thing' now.

I'm actually playing my first game on another site atm (ongoing) and I don't have an avatar on that site rn either.

So while I disagree with the veracity of the read, I like how/where the read came from, if that makes any sense.

2) I REALLY like this post from Etyl. Suuuuper pure imo. most solid townread of mine atm based on this post; specifically the bold.


It has just the right amount of wolf-hunting with just the right amount of self-doubt.

I'll be hard pressed to vote etyl for a long time..

I thought mellon had left for the rest of the day, with her vote still on me from the SoD lolvotes.

That combined with the fact that she had just read me town, and didn't move her vote to anyone she thought might be a wolf, made me think she was a wolf who didn't care about hunting wolves.

But she's still here now, so I'm just moving on.

I'm reconsidering on dfr

indheart I'm going to try to squeeze in a reread of one of his town games before EOD, my initial impression was that he seemed different from last game but I'm not as sure anymore. Him also understanding what I was getting at with my post about haku also seemed like a mindmeld, but I'm also not as sure about that anymore. so null I think

haku is... kind of pushing randomly, which iirc means he's more likely town. I remember in one of his wolf games he came out with a strong reads list really early, and it was way too early.

raeko: it feels like she's posting more than last game and posting better as well, she's not posting as much as I would like but I have very high standards. honestly not too sure on her, I'd say slight town lean though

charu: I generally read him on a general impression and I feel nothing out of the ordinary, so town

I voted him right at the beginning as a joke against his vote against me. I considered him towny way after that.

It's a wrong read not only because it is wrong, but because he's just using the last game and not really considering this game at all, which is what is way more important. Given his recent posts I am willing to think he was just mistaken

I think you're town and I think the reasons for your vote are not good
