If haku wasn't flip floppy eod and I was shot in place of him do you think he would've been lynched today?

Possibly? There's no saying what could happen this phase but he was under suspicion, so it could have happened

I think pretty much anyone of any faction would self-pres vote.

The fact that Haku almost jumped on you to save Juckter but didn't is very weird. Like, super duper weird

I find it very strange that Haku would have voted for his own partner, knowing that he was likely going to die by the vigi, putting the wolves down two. when there was a chance he could have switched his vote to save him. Yes bussing happens. But in this situation he knew he was going down.

It seems like Haku knew one of you was going down, and decided to save you instead because you had been more active, and there were more people who read you as town than Juckter. He felt more confident leaving the game in your hands than in Juckter's.

This is an excellent post.

I'll also note that the combination of prescience and defensiveness here is offputting:

what's funny is that if juckter dies and flips wolf then i'm probably gonna be pressured for town reading him all game. i love life

I disagree with any faction would self pres. Also disagree with "he knew he was going down". He wouldve only known that he was going down once wolfe asked me to be more active. Other than that, can't say I don't understand what you mean lol. Perspective.

Yeah but let's be fair with how shado was playing one in Haku's position EASILY could assume regardless of what town was calling for he could assume he was gonna get shot is where I'm gong with it. I think anyone telling him who to shoot was pointless.

I wouldn't call it super weird at all, I see it as him making an attempt to look town by hopping on someone that was going to flip wolf. That was also why I felt so suspicious when I saw him do it. I was already weary of him and for him to make that hop on to juckter just sealed the deal even more for me.

However, I will say this situation hasn't cleared dfr for me either, there is still a chance that he could have been the other wolf and haku did try to preserve him like you mention. I still need to re poke around EoD and anything that's gone on since. We had a lot of running around to do today so I'm only just now getting the chance to get in here.

Why not try to make an effort at the very least to sway people if you actually really felt that juckter was town and Mellon was not? It seems to me that you're trying very hard to keep distanced from things and stay non committal to sort of fly under the radar here.

i said what i had to say. i voted what i believed. looking at the votes the only lynches that were going to happen were me and juckter, and i didn't agree with the juckter lynch, obv i didn't agree with my lynch. i had also felt very burnt out from that day because i had exams and homework and lots of studying so that would explain my not being completely committed to the game but i didn't wanna be that guy to make excuses. i just simply didn't have energy. call it distancing if you want but lol
