I know I've said this a billion times and all but now that we have our first Canblaster-pseudonym song, can someone with actual talent (I tried making a Sonic Vision file and it was awful) step The Man Crossing The Channel or Rock Steady for fiffer?

i've been practicing my jumpstreaming speed on tldne and that's helped me a bit, i've been able to get a few more 78+ equiv scores during the tournament

also extratone pirates is the file i compare the next d5 song the most to in terms of style, though the song has a lot crazier patterns to hit

Had some issues with my desktop motherboard (without getting into more detail it was totally my fault).

I managed to devise an alternate setup yesterday, but it is sub-optimal to say the least. Or rather, I'm extremely sensitive to setup changes and after two days banging my head it's pretty clear I won't get anywhere near performing well with the time I have.

Offcuts one day before the semifinals start:

D1: 56-3-5-16
D2: 45-3-2-7
D3: 42-0-5-2
D4: 17-0-4-1
D5: 10-1-0-1
D6: 9-1-1-4
D7: 44-4-3-7

Have a nice gradient down from D1 (who are still evidently getting fucked) to D5.
Surprisingly, D5 is tighter than D6 - I would have thought Wizdomiot would be down at like 3-5g cutoff, or maybe something 7g like rushy has, but it seems that some people in the division are having more difficulty than usual this round.
And, I wasn't sure how D7 would work out this round, but I guess the stamina factor has really wrecked the bottom half of the top 8 competitors. Good shit to Gamma for making something that challenges D7! I look forward to seeing how the next round works out for D7, going from a 4000 arrow jumptrilly handstream file to a burst speed test with the fewest arrows the division's gotten yet.
