I had a way harder file for D6 for this round, I was told not to do it to swap it out. So here we are. Just going to trust my own instincts from now on I guess.

to be completely fair (if this is a reference to our conversation), I said I was fine with either option, just that the file in question was definitely a point higher in difficulty imo than what was initially projected/required for round 3

I'm not getting into specifics, as you saw I didn't even mention names because I don't want it to turn into some argument. So far this tournament though every time I've not listened to myself it's bitten me in the butt and it's getting to be frustrating now. It all ends up falling on my shoulders because I'm the one hosting.

Because it'd throw Gradiant in the yellow, then he'll improve and repeat the cycle

It's actually a really exciting experience for me this round! Up to 71 plays and I still cannot improve from 7-1-2-0. The last time that I had this kind of trouble earlier on was back in the 4th official tournament, back when I had to play Sonata Quasi - thankfully, a whole bunch of other people had the same score that I did, so I wasn't in any real danger of being eliminated.

But yeah, this is kinda neat. I'll have to keep trying and eventually getting there. Had I not butchered the ending on that run, I'd probably be in much better shape (I think it would have been 3-1-2-0?). It's still surprising seeing that I've not had anything better than that yet, though.

I hate D5s song... I can't do the stupid jump stream bullshit. I should survive though.

Also, I became D6 yesterday with a stupid good score... Lol.
