Also, as far as I remember for the Videogame Megapacks I've beena judge (2,3, and 4), we have not accepted ANY rhythm game entry, including DJMAX series, Superbeat Xonic, O2Jam, BEMANI, Guitar Hero and Rockback, to name a few.

There was Hora de Verdad which was from Pop'n, but otherwise yeah this is correct.

my mars file from sengoku rance would be great for this pack, but unfortunately it's been released a number of times since 2011. a shame too because that's one of my personal favourite files I've done and I don't want to cop out and make an unnecessary v2

Hora De Verdad was sold on the premise that it was an obscure song from a somewhat obscure rhythm game. Plus, the file was SUPER fun and extremely well done collab file by Kil and Malice (I think? I don't have it in front of me right now), we just couldn't reject it from the pack. All the participants of the closed VGMP 3 project were in agreement, so majority won and that's why it was put into the pack.
