    air: now the song doesn't offer a whole lot, but there is more to do to keep it interesting rather than a constant dumpstream. Some parts can be accentuated more on the melody rather than the background synth stream. also the parts where you keep the jumpstream you can accentuate jumps on the high notes of the synth (this is merely a suggestion but I feel it would embelish it rather than just straight 4th jumps for 3 minutes). also the jump jacks before hands kinda kill the flow. idk man

    skorpion fire: I think you accidentally deleted a 4th note at the start because the whole song is off by that (ez fix but could've been an error on my part idk). regardless sync needs some work I think. the steps themselves are great, not sure about the forced jump/hand 16th jacks in the middle of jumpstream though. gives an inconsistent difficulty spike compared to the rest of the file and kills the flow. literally only like a few things to fix

    lataia: file's pretty great~ only complaints is during the 16th jumpstream parts maybe some mini-jacks could've accentuated some background synths to switch it up (this is merely a suggestion and not necessary at all). The mines can be a nice touch but whether or not they actually follow anything is debatable. also the colored notes added near the end to the occasional synth is completely unnecessary and aggravating. nearly perfect


    I imagine choof and I are going to have contrasting ideals but ultimately I'll leave the final judgment to him.

            Just my 2cents, doing easier difficulties for a good number of these charts would be pretty great, seeing as everyone and their mom has the original version of this pack.

            Like having a good entry point to stepmania without the pack being specifically tailored toward beginners would be pretty gr9.

              great idea, but unfortunately not the point of this project. I think stepping stones would be a better candidate for that

                      Yeah, I see what you mean about the white notes now that I replayed it and payed more attention to them. I'll change that part.

                          I hope mine weren't TOO easy. I know you mentioned they were fairly easy so if that's the case maybe someone else could provide a harder chart? I sort of just went with my gut when I charted it, so I'm not entirely sure those were what you were looking for

                              battle ax: right off the bat the beginning synth is missing some onbeat notes with the syncopations if you listen to it carefully. when the breaks start at beat 18 there are 16ths missing (later on in the file you follow them properly however) example is at beat 18.750 there's one missing here etc. during this whole section (though optional) you could even layer in the beginning heavy synth to add some cool offbeat 16th jumps for difficulty.

                              at m21 it's a little difficult to hear what's being followed here. i'm hearing something else that should be stepped though slightly difficult to make out.
                              174 these holds don't need to be here since it's not a sustained note and more of a staccato effect.
                              176.750 missing a 16th here
                              beat 178 rhythm here is wrong (should end on a 16th not an 8th)
                              beat 206.250 missing a 16th, same with the following sections. jack starts immediately on a 16th note


                              on tightwad some bursts were holds, some were 32nds (i think i'd leave them all as 32nds for consistency).
                              beat 2 missing a 4th
                              beat 44.625 missing a 32nd
                              beat 73.750 there's a 16th missing that is omitted the rest of this section and it kinda bugs me
                              beat 95 there's a few notes ignored here that should be placed in
                              beat 99.250 missing a 16th
                              beat 107.250 missing a 16th


                              lots of missing 16ths. be sure to slow down for accuracy
