If there's no counterclaim people will spare you a phase, guaranteed. Storn had a counterclaim, and one that had already softed before he did, so he wasn't believed.

In my post, I did not mention storn there; mentioned a different situation revolving EoD PR claiming with no mention of it previously in the phase.
