but then there's the one that just flew out of nowhere and accomplished a 2+ year target

I randomly picked up a bunch of "21 difficulty files" based on the new smranking site and decided to attempt AAs. Not really saying that these scores are any good, but it's more like a sample of what it looks like.

I have some super bad consistency problems, so while this is a fairly easy chart I'm actually really happy/surprised with the score. I've been playing so casually I only ever really try hard files/rates, this was a nice change of pace.

I just play on and off, but here are some scores that I got today that I'm satisfied with.



This wasn't too bad really. The parts that I tend to get bleh on were the really uncomfortable bursts.



For not having played this in awhile, I'm satisfied enough with this score. Could be much better though.



This gets stupidly uncomfortable with the constant trills in that middle section before the solo, and the ending turns into absolute aids. But, for not having touched this in months, Im okay with it.



Lots of notes. Its really easy until the solo, which is completely unreasonable how its stepped. Really good endurance practice though.



This is one of his harder files, and the guitar solo just proves it. Really tricky patterns, but its super fun.

I took a break from doing hard stuff and played some easy stuff next.



Meh. Okay score. New best, but dumb mistakes on my part.



Haven't played this one in a year, and it shows, but oh well.



I like this one too much. Getting better and better every day I play this.



Sight read this. Cute song. Will probably go back to get a better score on it.

This one actually made me very happy. Never knew I was going to be able to pull this one off, but I did. So happy day for me.

I'll probably start posting more scores now that I'm starting to step again, but we'll see. I still feel like I'm really bad at this game still.
