The reason I bring it up is because you said he came back not mafia. You didn't say just not scum, or human, which means you can't be a seer because a seer wouldn't get that result.

idk the seer result i got just specified non-mafia so i checked the mafia scum page and the town PR roles only work against one faction so it's all in line
