I'd say it would be pretty hard to beat how hilariously off the final round of the 5th official tournament was in the song lineups (back when there were only 5 divisions).

If my memory serves me correctly, D1 was Magical 8bit Tour, D4 was Winter Wind Etude, and D5 was Rage Template.

The highest division got Rage Template but the division below got WWE, then the lowest division got Magical 8bit tour when there were the other songs (Red Wings Over Baron and Mephisto Waltz?)

he's 100% correct.

D1 = M8BT
D2 = Mephisto
D3 = Red Wings Over Baron
D4 = Winter Wind Etude
D5 = Rage Template

for proof as well:

D1 winner was marthalolz, who beat out Sei-Triplex (who got 33g non-FC!?)
D2 winner was Necros against Blastamos (100+ goods, this was the most legit division that year)
D3 winner was Go_Oilers_Go; this was a cheated win iirc (11g)
D4 winner was TC_Chronichild420, who knowingly sandbagged and should have been D5 that year
D5 winner was MrRubix; leonid got second

and the note counts on the dashboard agree with the note counts on the songs that halogen mentioned

70 goods fc (or 31 goods non-fc) on magical 8bit tour for d1 is just silly

also d5 winner was MrRubix, not leonid, who got second; and blastamos beat necros in d2
