1. When the scores you want to submit are on your monitor screen, press the Print/Screen button.
2. Open Microsoft Paint.
3. Press CTRL+V
4. Crop the image so that only your scores remain. (Optional)
5. Save the image.
6. Go to photobucket.com and log on if necessary. If no account, make one.
7. Upload that image.
8. Click the image you just uploaded on Photobucket.
9. Under "Share Links", click the IMG one. It should copy the link automatically.
10. Reply to this thread and press CTRL+V.

This instructions are nice and all but...I'm kinda using a Mac...

I've uploaded it. Now what?

If you've uploaded it, when you go to reply and post in the thread, there is a little picture above the text box that looks like two little mountains with a moon/sun thing. It's yellow, and the mountains are gray/white. Click on that and it will say "Please enter the URL of your image".

Copy and paste the direct link to your image there and click "Ok"

If you don't know how to get the direct link, wherever you uploaded your image, right-click on the image and click on "Copy Image URL". Then come here and paste it into the "Insert Image" function.

Are modifiers like Mirror and Hidden accepted?

Yes, you can use any visual modifications that you choose, the only thing that would be prohibited is the Rates Option.

This instructions are nice and all but...I'm kinda using a Mac...

Hit Shift + Command + 3 to take a snapshot on Mac of your current desktop.

Then you would upload it and attach the img codes in the post.

Also tournaments usually only allow Mirror to be used since using the other ones has no real purpose besides the extra challenge, but we're more lenient than most so we'll accept Hidden

Those stupid zigs get me every time.

You mean the rolls? I think rolls and ladders are pretty fun once you get good at nailing them. ^^
I see you have Hardcore of the North. That is a good one for practicing rolls, ladders, and some similar patterns. Not to mention a fun song.

LOL I literally never use that. I forgot it even existed. I always just type the [img] tags around the direct URI when they are not already included.
