I'm in for gfx. I'm not writing up a huge resume like kommi, but I did stuff for DDR Encore, ITG Rebirth, R21Freak, BMS Solo Conversation packs and Dancing Rain (obviously). That good enough?

I haven't read this thread but skimming through I don't get what problem people have with Rebirth running it. Just fucking submit something.

I get what you're saying but you could've worded it better, a lot of people might criticize this as elitism or something XD

I'd also prefer not to go into a discussion about artistic quality but if I have to I will. Pretty much everything you need to know is right in my signature anyways.

And one last final note is that I'm free to help test if who ever is in charge would like me to. I don't mind. I miss doing stuff for this community.

Their problem is that they think I'm going to abandon the pack, because it either takes too long or because nobody submits anything, "just like ALL THE OTHER ONES I'VE DONE" when in reality there were two packs where this happened. DCP1, and A BIT near the end of Xoon 5. I disappeared for about two weeks then came back and finished it and released.

I had tried to start up other packs since then, maybe 2 or 3 times at the absolute most, but they never went anywhere because they were shitposted into the ground from a few people who were pissed off that I didn't hang around for the full production process of DCP. I thought if everybody is going to shitpost the thread, then nobody will take it seriously and submit anything, so I might as well just give up, but apparently everyone holds that against me too.

Let's get a few things clear for the 5th time:

1. I don't care if someone doesn't think I'm qualified to do anything regarding stepmania. I've done it in the past when I cared about the game, and I will do it again. Name one project I've done that was not generally well received by the community as a whole. Have a problem with me or something I've done otherwise? Good, I'm glad to have people that hate me over the internet, leave the thread.

2. This is my project, so I will name whoever I want as judge, or any other title you might think goes with the production of this pack. Izzy is one of the very few people who has volunteered to judge, so I'm taking him. Don't like it? Fuck off

3. This isn't going away. Don't like it? Fuck off

You people are acting worse than everyone did during the DCP1 era. Let me get on the phone with the office of stepmania homeland security and ask for permission to lead another pack. I'll come back with permits and licenses soon so wait to bitch even more until then

Stargroup, I would love to have you as a judge if you have the time to contribute.

You guys are trying your absolute hardest to get me to not do this, aren't you. Meanwhile you complain that stepmania is a dying game and nobody ever does anything to make it interesting again. The elitism is so strong in here that it would be a travesty NOT to name this DCP2

Forgot about KBC2.5 and ITGRF, but if I can see something is going to not get enough submissions, I was going to abandon it. I suppose I should have posted that packs canceled but whatever. I will do that in the future, except I don't plan to cancel anything anymore

Working on 2 or 3 files for this, with one completed. Would post more but its time to go to work until 6 AM rip

Honestly, as of now,
I don't understand the purpose of submitting to the pack. Saying this from a perspective without background checking your status whatnot.

In the beginning, the pack had somewhat unique guidelines. People were to gather unreleased works of other simfilers and consider it to the pack. That idea got taken away due to a bunch of files pack.

Now that the rules changed and its so similar to Yolomania,
why couldn't you just contribute to Yolomania? What makes simfilers want to submit to this rather than Yolomania?

Ok, so this gives a somewhat higher standards of quality maybe. Then again there's The Untitled pack.

I don't mean to look down on anything but I do and am willing to submit to the pack but as of now I don't see a purpose. This is whats holding me back rather the peanut gallery going on.

The dark chancellor name is about high quality. You submit files, we review the a bit more harshly than normal packs, in attempt to get more people "better" at making files. To do this, we normally use judges that have extensive simfile making resumes, but right now I don't have that luxury.

Why submit to this? The name. A DCP1 exists so if a second one is released, most people would expect the files in the next pack to be of comparable quality to the first pack. The dark chancellor name is a bit more relatable than the two packs you mentioned. If I'm going to submit my files to a pack, I want it to be a pack that will get the most downloads. I believe DCP2 would get more downloads than those two packs you mentioned, combined
