I don't think wolf afro would vote for raeko in any circumstance.

He's also applying crafted scenarios in his head to anyone that seems plausible to fit them; aka vintage afrobean. Human lean in my opinion.

Afro is always early wolf bait, and the people who look at him as an easy first vote are more likely to be wolves in my eyes.
