First, some backstory.

A while ago, I got 29-0-0-5 on NaiNai 69. I thought I could do better, so I restarted. And I did...right up until the last note miss. The resultant 14-2-1-5 worked out to the rough equivalent of a 25 clean FC, thus taking away that tick from my stat bar. So I had my 29-0-0-5 manually recorded.

However, as with all recorded scores, this caused my PA to be displayed as a full average combo. Naturally, I was upset with this, and sought to record a new one. However, I quickly developed some serious mental blocks around 860 combo, the part after the big wall, and I had started to give up hope.

Then, about a week later and after some speed training, this finally happened.


Moral of the story: Fix wars suck major ass.

Hello, FFR! If you remember me playing ffr, you must be a veteran member. I played SM for years, but quit playing altogether a few months ago. My computer crashed, didn't want to re-install SM and a few days ago started practising FFR again. I'm still trying to get adjusted to FFR and its boo-syndrome and lack of a 'DISTANT' option. So far, I've been making steady progress and got some nice scores yesterday and today:
