Add "Report Thread" button.
Right now we can only report individual posts for being in the wrong forum or for their inflammatory or spammy nature. In the case of a thread started in the wrong forum, however, the only thing we have is to report the OP and in the reason state that the whole thread was begun erroneously.

I don't think FFR really needs that feature just because it isn't really heavily active as it once was. Plus, the staff does a pretty good job keeping things under control.

The only reason we'd ever need this is to report a bot that somehow has gotten through LAYERS upon layers of security. I don't see this as a very useful feature. If all else fails you can always just report the OP and that would solve the problem.
