Re: Preferred choice of caffeine
Coffee if I'm up in the mornings, I don't really drink soda/energy drinks anymore.

Re: Preferred choice of caffeine
loox like im the first pill popper
usually i take a 200mg caffeine pill on my way to work everyday and sometimes before i exercise. other than that i drink my coffee black and am not too picky about it. energy drinks are pretty much the dumbest, worst horseshit ever. you're looking for a way to stay awake and buzz basically. buy caffeine pills. buy them. they are cheap, they are a means to an end, and they work far more effectively than energy drinks. i get it if you like the taste of energy drinks buuuut thats a pretty shitty taste. i get 100 200mg caffeine pills for $10 at walgreens gj

Re: Preferred choice of caffeine
Caffeine pills are efficient if you can handle a lot of caffeine hitting you at once.
Part of the advantage of a drink is that you don't have to get hit by a wall of caffeine stimulation all at once, you can graduate yourself into it. I mean you could take small doses of caffeine pills and work your way up too, but I feel those are more for the people who know their ideal dosage, and can deal with a pretty quick onset.

Chocolate technically doesn't have caffeine. The xanthine that chocolate has is theobromine. Like, if you have a caffeine allergy, you can still have chocolate. Tea for me now, plain green tea or regular black tea either with almond milk, sweetened almond milk, or continental European style with lemon and sugar. Re: Preferred choice of caffeine
I just drink soda regularly, not for caffine just 'cuz. I sometimes buy a Monster thinking that it'll help me stay awake in school after two hours of sleep when in all actuality it has a reverse effect on me since I'm doing nothing but sitting around. Same with 5-hour Energy but I'd also rather get an actual drink.
