I sent him a huge PM and we've been trading responses but yeah there's a lot of luck involved and being at the right place at the right time. I'm really fucking lucky to even hold my current designer job and I'd probably still be job hunting if I never contacted my place while they were still hiring.

But anyways, more relevant to the thread at hand, I guess I'd like to start seriously considering travel plans for the upcoming years. And I may drop by my college to visit some profs at some point in the new year just to see how they're doing and let them know that I'm not starving on the street for work, lol.

If I were to make a serious post, I have a lot to be legitimately excited for in 2014.
Getting an apartment with my best friend, returning to college after so many years on leave, and getting a new job.
Also visiting Italy again in the summer. Had a lot of fun there last time, ate good food and saw cool stuff.

I have very little to look forward to because I never know how to spend my free time anymore D: Other than perpetual boredom I guess I'm looking forward to, idk it's been thirty seconds now and I haven't typed anything lol

I look forward to my new job. I pretty much just go to work, go home and watch anime and then sleep and do it again. It's actually pretty relaxing.

The only thing I could ask for is a semi attractive female computer nerd to spend my free time with.
